The single set of system of this project is two dosing tanks and two dosing pumps. According to the site condition, we can do one use and one backup, or put different chemicals in the two tanks. Each set of dosing device has online detection of conductivity and PH. According to the water quality, the dosing pump is automatically started. A single set of dosing device mainly includes dissolution tank, metering pump, liquid level meter, electric control cabinet, pipeline, shut-off valve, safety valve, counterbalance valve, pulse damper, pressure gauge, Y-type filter, base and so on.
